Matt LeBlanc announced as new Top Gear co-host

2 14

Well, we didn’t see this one coming.

There’s been much speculation over the last few months about who will join Chris Evans to co-host the new series of Top Gear. And now we know one of them!

Matt LeBlanc, AKA Joey from Friends, also known for his work on Episodes, is the new co-host!

He wrote on Twitter: “Hey guys, very cool news coming in the next day or so. Stay tuned.” before Evans tweeted a photo of the pair, plus The Stig, with the message: “My new Top Gear Friends. More to come”.

Watch LeBlanc’s very boring, but very fast lap in the reasonably priced car when he appeared on the show a few years back.
