Watch someone complete Halo: Combat Evolved in less than 100 minutes

0 84

That’s a new world record, in case you were wondering.

Andrew Halabourda, a 26 year-old speedrunner from Canada, has completed Master Chief’s seminal Halo adventure in a few seconds shy of an hour and thirty-nine minutes. That’s about three minutes faster than the previous record.

Not only did he complete it on Legendary difficulty, the hardest in the game, but he even has picture-in-picture commentary during his entire run to show you the method behind the madness. Check out his video below and be amazed by his knowledge of enemy locations, weapon pickups and game-breaking glitches.

Fancy giving it a go? Halabourda has kindly upload a Halo trick list and a handy guide to how you can try it as well.
